A Great Time in Denton Texas This 4th of July

We are all going to have a wonderful time this 4^th of July in Denton. Everyone is invited to join in on the fun! I do hope to see you there.

Start Times

7:30 a.m. Join in on the Liberty 5k run or a 1 mile walk. Starts at the North Lakes rec Center. I will be in the 5k run J.

9:00 a.m. The parade starts- Streets include Hwy 77, W. Hickory, W Oak, and FM428

9:30 a.m. Start of the Lucky Horseshoe Tournament, register at Quakertown Park.

10:00 a.m. Jubilee Free Family Fun begins at the Civic Center- I plan on enjoying the events with my sons J
                10:45 Potato sack race
                11:00 three legged race
                11:15 egg and spoon race
                11:30 whipped cream eating contest
                11:45 water balloon toss

5:30 p.m. Gates open at the UNT Fouts Field with free music and inflatables for the kids. Concessions will be available

9:15 p.m. (about) The Fireworks display will start. Ready to enjoying the show with my sons J
