Housing Affordability at all Time High

A positive outcome form the long economic and housing downturn has been the affordability of home ownership in the United States. According to the National Association of Realtors housing affordability is now at an all-time high. Currently the typical family has more than twice the income needed to purchase a medium price signal family home.
