Foreclosure Reviews Could Take Place Soon

As many as 4.5 million existing and former home owners could be eligible to have their foreclosure cases reviewed, with banks compensating the home owners if mistakes are discovered.

Many loans in some stage of foreclosure during the 2009 and 2010 time frame will be eligible for review.
